Served as the principal point of accountability for all project outcomes, providing monthly progress reports and strategic briefings to the PCG, shareholders, and senior management — including issue escalation and resolution recommendations.
Led end-to-end project delivery across the full development lifecycle, encompassing:
- Regulatory & ApprovalsManaged submission and approval of the Development Order, Building Plan, and project commencement, ensuring compliance with all local authority (PBT) requirements.
- Financial OversightDirected project cost management and variation order control throughout the lifecycle, consistently keeping the project within budget while protecting margin.
