# Meeting Notes

## What it does
Takes a transcript or rough notes and produces structured minutes: attendees, decisions, discussion by item, and a clear action list with owners and due dates.

## When to use
- After any site or design meeting that needs a record.
- To turn a recording into minutes without retyping.

## Instructions
1. Extract attendees, apologies, and the date/project reference.
2. Structure by agenda item or topic. Under each: the discussion in brief, and any decision made.
3. Pull every action into a single list: action, owner, due date. Do not leave an action without an owner.
4. Mark anything you inferred rather than heard clearly, for the user to confirm.

## Output format
Minutes with a header block, item-by-item notes, and a consolidated action table (action | owner | due).

## The one mistake to avoid
Recording an action with no owner or date. An action nobody owns is not an action.
